The renovation of a Grade II listed holiday cottage in Lyme Regis was carried out in two phases in 2022 and 2023. The owners had the foresight to engage an interior designer and project manager well ahead of time so that plans could be made, schedules arranged and trades booked.

We worked with Coral Interiors to implement the interior design choices – which the client loved – and received the following testimonial on Houzz:

The outside refurbishment involved removing all the existing render as it was cracked and leaking, and replacing it with lime render. The necessary listed buildings consent was obtained beforehand and heritage materials from Rose of Jericho used throughout. The windows and doors were repaired and repainted and remedial work carried out on the walls where needed.
